Albury & Wodonga Aged Care Refurbishment, Estia Health

AssetProjects were awarded the significant internal and external refurbishment to two of Estia’s Regional Aged Care facilities, Albury and Wodonga.

The team at AssetProjects managed and delivered both projects simultaneously as live site refurbishments, with minimal disruption to residents. Extensive planning and communication to site on a daily basis was needed, as well as regular scheduled meetings with head-office stakeholders. The ability of the team to adjust to resident and staff needs was critical to the comfort of the residents.

The works included upgrade to all common areas consisting of dining and lounge rooms, sitting areas, administration, corridors and mechanical upgrade throughout.

Albury
