AssetProjects were recently awarded a project that required a high-end architectural finish involving specialised trade solutions, with minimal disruption to shoppers. The amenities for this shopping centre are considered part of the shopping experience, making visiting this centre an enjoyable day out for families and shopper alike.

AssetProjects completed a full strip-out and refurbishment of the male, female, accessible and parents’ room as well as the passageways from the amenities out to the shopping centre. In many areas, there was custom Corian bench-tops with custom joinery as well as custom stone partitions.

The result was outstanding. The skilled project management meant that the works were completed, with minimal disruption in a live site with strict access and program.
